What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give it), your town or village, the service you are interested in and anything you tell us about the job.
If you call, email or message us, we keep the details you give us so we can reply.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a visit, give you a quote and carry out any work you book with us. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing mailing lists.
Our lawful basis is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services.
Who we share it with
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form enquiries before they are emailed to us. Our email is provided by Google. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the UK, with safeguards in place. We may also share information with our accountant where it is needed for invoices and tax records.
This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers. We do not set any cookies or use tracking tools on this website.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows. If you become a customer, we keep invoices and related records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email max@mfulchercontracts.com and we will respond within one month.
